Introduction

Parente Tecnologia LTDA ("Loverz.AI", "we", "our" or "us"), a private legal entity registered under CNPJ/ME No. 49.629.252/0001-73, headquartered in São Paulo/SP, Brazil, is the Controller of personal data collected through the Loverz.AI application and/or any affiliated website (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our Services, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - "LGPD"), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), its Regulatory Decree (Decree No. 8.771/2016) and other applicable legislation.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:

  • "AI Companions": virtual and fictional characters generated by artificial intelligence with which you can interact through the Services;
  • "Data Subject": natural person to whom personal data refers ("you", "your", "user").

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Data provided directly by you:

  • Registration data: full name, email, password (encrypted), nickname/username, gender, date of birth;
  • Contact data: phone number (optional);
  • Payment data: information necessary to process payments (processed by our payment partners);
  • Interaction content: text messages, prompts, AI Companion personalization preferences;
  • Voice data: audio recordings when you use voice call features or send voice messages;
  • Support data: information provided when you contact our support.

2.2 Data collected automatically:

  • Usage data: how you interact with the Services, features used, usage time;
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, unique device identifiers;
  • Location data: country and city (derived from IP address);
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as per our Cookie Policy.

2.3 Third-party data:

  • Authentication information when you log in through third-party providers (Google, Discord, etc.).

3. Legal Bases and Processing Purposes

We process your personal data according to the following legal bases under the LGPD:

3.1 Contract Performance (Art. 7, V of LGPD)

  • Process voice calls and audio messages with AI Companions;
  • Send marketing communications about new features and offers;
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys;
  • Improve our AI algorithms based on your interactions (with anonymization).

3.3 Legitimate Interest (Art. 7, IX of LGPD)

Data processed: technical data, usage data, location data Purposes:

  • Improve security and prevent fraud;

  • Ensure technical compatibility.

3.4 Legal Obligation Compliance (Art. 7, II of LGPD)

4. Audio Permission Use (Microphone)

Our application requests access to your device's microphone exclusively to:

  • Enable voice calls with AI Companions;
  • Record voice messages to send to AI Companions.

Important:

  • Microphone access only occurs when you explicitly initiate a call or recording;
  • Recordings are processed in real-time and converted to text for AI interaction;
  • You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings;
  • Voice recordings are temporarily stored only for the time necessary for processing.

5. Personal Data Sharing

We share your personal data only in the following situations:

5.1 With service providers:

  • Payment processors: to process transactions (payment data);
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting and cloud storage (all data);
  • Analytics services: to improve our Services (anonymized data);
  • Email providers: to send communications (email and name).

5.2 By legal obligation:

  • With government authorities when required by law;
  • In response to legal proceedings;
  • To protect rights, property or safety.

5.3 In corporate reorganizations:

  • In case of merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred, always maintaining the protections of this Policy.
